Innovative 1 step uncorking system. This mechanism allows to uncork a bottle in one movement, but the effort is reduced and automatically divided into two parts from the movement of the spiral guided by the two pins: this important feature allows the cork to be removed perfectly vertical. 2 steps uncorking. The special two-step lever, linked to the handle by a particular connection which also serves as a caplifter, makes the first step support perfectly stable and safe thus preventing it from wearing out and losing its capacity to keep still during uncorking.
